What is the Keto Hero Box?


The Keto Hero Box is a monthly subscription of the best keto friendly snacks delivered straight to your door. We also include the following: * 1 brand name essential to help you achieve your personal goals. * Why pay for multiple shipping fees and taxes for products you purchase online. We curate the best keto friendly snacks on the market for you. * Receive up to 10 on the go keto snacks, such as bars, cookies, sweets, nuts, meat items, baking ingredients, keto sweeteners, condiments, sauces, drinks such as flavored water, keto friendly sodas & more.




When does my Keto Box ship?


For our existing subscribers, we begin packing your box the last week of each month and ship them out immediately! You can expect to receive your Keto Box within the first week of each month, depending on your shipping address. Once your Keto Box has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow its movement! * If you sign up on the 5th of the month or later we'll send you a Keto Box that month as long as we still have snacks in stock. After signup, yours will ship out within the next 5 business days. Once it has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow its location! If we were out of Keto Hero Boxes when you subscribed, then your box will be shipped out the last week of the month. * We try to keep enough boxes on hand to last us 2-3 weeks after our main shipment day so that we don't keep excited new subscribers waiting for the next main ship day. There will be times we run out early though! If you're eager to get your Keto Hero box make sure you sign up early in the month!




How much does shipping cost?


Shipping is free within the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. * Shipping to Canada is $14.99 USD. * Unfortunately, we do not ship globally at this time.




Do you ship to U.S. Territories, Alaska, or Hawaii?


We sure do ship to those areas! ** Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location.




Did you move or accidentally input the wrong address?


If you have moved or made a mistake while filling out the shipping address, you may change it in your customer account page. * The last day to change your address to receive the next box is the last day of the month. For example, if the next box will be shipped on March 4th, the last day to update your address will be February 31st.




Do you have a problem with your order?


Missing a product or two? * Did you receive a damaged product? * Please message us at ketoherobox@gmail.com and let us know what product is missing or damaged. We will get back to you within 24 hours! * ** Refunds are applicable for month-to-month plans, we can not refund prepaid plans (Rookie / Hero).




How do I cancel my subscription?


You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. * If you cancelled your subscription on or after the 15th, you are scheduled to get a shipment next month. * ** Cancelling your subscription does not automatically give you a refund. Please send us an email & we will take care of you.

We do not currently offer phone support. We're a small team and e-mail support allows us to be flexible and responsive! * Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, but in most cases we will respond within a couple hours.
